From the coral reefs in the deep ocean to the wetlands of the Everglades, the FIU Institute of Water and Environment (InWE) is advancing the science and technology needed to address complex water and environmental issues locally, nationally and globally. InWE supports interdisciplinary research, interactive education, and public engagement by linking top scientists with thought-leaders and business professionals, as well as local, state, and federal collaborators to foster environmental sustainability.
