Join us for the 2025 Dr. Herbert and Nicole Wertheim Community Healthcare Conference as we celebrate 15 years of the Green Family Foundation Neighborhood Health Education Learning Program (NeighborhoodHELP) and its service to our community. Together, we’ll explore emerging social determinants of health challenges, collaborate with community partners to reflect on our achievements, develop innovative solutions, and strengthen our collective impact on community health outcomes for the future.
