The National Society of Minorities in Hospitality hosts an Annual Conference, which provides access to knowledge, tools, resources, and industry leaders for the benefit of its members. Each conference provides numerous professional development as well as networking opportunities for attendees. The NSMH Annual Conference draws approximately 1,000 students from across the country and leading industry partners together for learning and interviewing right on site. This experience is like no other as it brings minority students and organizations committed to diversity and inclusion together to create a phenomenal synergy.

Statement of Free Expression
