The third concert of the AMERNET AND FRIENDS chamber series features a captivating collaboration with renowned pianist Elisabeth Pridgen. Returning to the Sanctuary of the Arts on February 12, the Amernet String Quartet continues to expand its artistic footprint as FIU’s Artists-in-Residence Ensemble, offering programs that highlight both their adventurous repertoire and their long-standing commitment to chamber music excellence. Celebrated for their imaginative interpretations and finely tuned ensemble chemistry, Amernet’s performances reflect a rare combination of technical command, expressive depth, and a collaborative spirit that has firmly established them as one of South Florida’s leading musical voices.

Joining them for this program is pianist Elizabeth Pridgen, Artistic Director of the Atlanta Chamber Players and a Distinguished Artist at Mercer University’s McDuffie Center for Strings. Praised for her expressive range and dynamic stage presence, Pridgen has appeared at Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, and major venues across Europe. She is widely sought after as a chamber musician and festival artist, known for performances that combine power, sensitivity, and poetic nuance. Her artistry and depth of musical insight make this collaboration with the Amernet Quartet a highlight of the season.
