The Atlantic Council and Florida International University (FIU), will host a private scenario-planning exercise on July 10. The event will gather U.S., Latin American, and European officials to explore innovative policy approaches to Venezuela’s crisis through an intensive scenario exercise, moderated discussion, and expert panel.
