DESCRIPTION:Maria Chahrour\, Ph.D.\, is a tenured associate professor at UT
  Southwestern Medical Center\, with appointments in the Eugene McDermott C
 enter for Human Growth and Development\, the Departments of Neuroscience a
 nd Psychiatry\, and the Center for the Genetics of Host Defense. She is al
 so an investigator in the Peter O’Donnell Jr. Brain Institute and serves
  as director of the Neuroscience Graduate Program.\n\nChahrour earned her 
 Ph.D. from Baylor College of Medicine and completed postdoctoral training 
 at Harvard Medical School and Boston Children’s Hospital. Her research f
 ocuses on the molecular mechanisms underlying autism spectrum disorder and
  related neurodevelopmental conditions.\n\nREGISTER HERE\n\nLunch will be
