Join us to relax and recharge in honor of World Mental Health Day.
Learn how to increase your flexibility and strengthen your core in an effective and safe manner that includes basic postures and breathing techniques.
All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat or large towel, and complete the FIU P3 App.
Yoga mats will be given to all students, first come first serve.
