This workshop series is designed to help you get #AlignedAF. In this space, we will cover the basics of how to open and balance each chakra through yoga, aromatherapy, crystal healing, and more!

Each workshop will cover one of the 7 chakras:

  • Root Chakra - October 4, 2018
  • Sacral Chakra - October 11, 2018
  • Solar Plexus Chakra - October 18, 2018
  • Heart Chakra - October 25, 2018
  • Throat Chakra - November 1, 2018
  • Third Eye Chakra - November, 8, 2018
  • Crown Chakra - November 15, 2018
