The Caribbean needs urgently decisive action to improve transparency, accountability, and integrity in all sectors. Civil society can play a key role in driving the changes needed by promoting effective enforcement of strong legislation, a culture of integrity, and enhancing citizen’s demand for more accountability, including the most vulnerable groups.
