Virtual Event

One of our graduate students, Aleg "Oleg" Asipchuk, is presenting remotely at CUNY. His talk will be made available via zoom

Abstract Let I be a union of intervals of total length 1. It is well known that exponential bases exist on L2(I), but explicit expressions for such bases are only known in special cases. In this work, we construct exponential Riesz bases on L2(I) with some mild assumptions on the gaps between the intervals. We also generalize Kadec's stability theorem in some special and significant cases.
