This exhibition invites viewers to uncover a forgotten chapter of Haitian and Polish history — exploring the unlikely alliance between Polish legionnaires and Haitian revolutionaries during the fight for independence.

This exhibition is curated by Prof. Dr. Hab. Maciej Aleksandrowicz and Dr. Antonina Konopelska (Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw)
