Dr. Karla Kennedy of the Lee Caplan School of Journalism and Media sits down with famed photographer Bill Frakes to discuss his unique images capturing Cuba's Special Period. Frakes shares his experiences and insights into the challenges and resilience of the Cuban people during that time.

This event is part of the LACC/CRI Cuba and the Professions Series and the LACC/iWitness Global Borderless Caribbean Series.
