Summary: Dr Alexa McKay is a Senior Editor at the journal Nature Ecology and Evolution. In this talk and Q&A session, she will try to demystify the process of publishing in Nature journals by discussing what editors look for in papers and how we make decisions. She will give tips for targeting your work to a high impact journal and navigating the peer review process.
