South Florida Muslims are a diverse group. Their history extends to the middle of the 20th century. This discussion will center around values, practices, traditions, and tensions that existed within its histories and the social dynamics of the earliest Muslim communities in South Florida. Another point of discussion will delve into the importance of the practice of Al-Islam during the 1960s - 1970s.
