Guest Speaker: Noemi Gonzalez, Ph.D. 

Bio: Noemi is a senior hydraulic engineer with FLO-2D Software, Inc. Dr. Gonzalez holds a master’s degree in Hydraulics engineering from the University of Central Venezuela and a Ph.D. in civil engineering specializing in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Miami. She has over 12 years of experience developing 2D and 3D hydraulic, hydrologic and water quality models.
