This is a past event.

Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 11:00am to 1:00pm

Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) is partnering with University Compliance and Integrity for their third roundtable conversation, which is a fresh approach to trainings and education. This session is open to those employees in the community with non-supervisory roles.

Discussion topics will include areas such as ethical decision-making, creating a culture of compliance, the effectiveness of reporting avenues and hotlines, the role of University Compliance, and more. This conversation will offer a collaborative approach to aid in addressing any questions or conversation items comments employees may have related to their position. ELR and University Compliance & Integrity will touch on policies, procedures, and practices which may require additional clarification as well as address some of their most frequently asked questions. Employees will be encouraged to engage in dialogue with ELR and University Compliance, as well as one another, to achieve the goal of having a supported, facilitated conversation which is mutually beneficial, resulting in greater understanding.
