Engaging Community Health Workers (CHWs) to Address Gaps in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Awareness Among Latine Adults

This presentation will explore how Community Health Workers (CHWs) can bridge gaps in awareness of chronic conditions with a focus on chronic kidney disease (CKD). It
highlights strategies for training CHWs, co-designing and integrating culturally tailored educational materials, and leveraging community engagement to promote proactive health behaviors.

Attendees will gain insights into expanding the role of CHWs as research partners and change agents in addressing health disparities among underserved communities.
