In this workshop, you'll discover how essential oils can help you sleep better. Whether you have trouble falling asleep, or wake up intermittently throughout the night; by learning how to use essential oils in a few different ways, you will be able to sleep more deeply and stay asleep longer.

The class will touch on why sleep is so important to our overall health and wellbeing, and then zero in on the five best essential oils to ensure that you get a good night’s rest.

Various methods of how to apply the essential oils for best results will be shared and demonstrated, so everyone can feel more confident using essential oils before they go to bed.
