Learn how the executive branch of the federal government works using energy policy issues as an example.  Our esteemed panelists will discuss how regulations are formed, the structure of the federal workforce including the role of career, appointed, and Senior Executive staff, agencies' relationship with the other two branches of government.  They'll also shed light on contemporary issues in nuclear, renewable, and other categories of energy policy as well as their own careers.
