The Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) cohorts for Spring 2024 and Spring 2025 will embark on an immersive 3-day Fly-In Experience in Washington, DC. Participants will engage with leaders across various levels of government, as well as public and private sector partners, to gain a comprehensive understanding of how state, local, and regional entities collaborate and interact with the Federal Government.
