FIU researchers in the Institute of Environment will discuss their findings from surveys of Biscayne Bay in response to the most recent fish kills. Researchers have been monitoring water conditions between the 79th Street and Julia Tuttle causeways, where dead fish were seen bobbing along the surface.  This discussion will include buoy readings and the reasons the fish kills are occurring.
