DESCRIPTION:The documentary film focuses on the life and work of one of the
  most eccentric Cuban artists. An artist/activist who challenged the regim
 e through vanguard\, performance art\, eventually creating a political res
 istance group named Movimiento San Isidro\, based on the name of the Havan
 a street where he lived and worked. His determined challenge to the Cuban 
 regime inspired the hymn Patria y Vida that motivated an entire generation
  of young Cubans to resist the regime\, eventually leading to the mass ant
 i-regime demonstrations on July 11\, 2021. Currently in jail for his polit
 ical activism\, Luisma\, as he is known to his followers\, was considered 
 by Time magazine as one of the 50 most influential personalities of this t
 ime.
