Uh-Oh! You just checked your email and there’s a reminder message from your professor. “First Essay Assignment Due!” You want to make a good impression and you want a good grade, but you’re not sure how to write a history essay. The first Fall Writing Workshop, presented by the Post-Doctoral Associates in the Writing History Tutor Program, will give you strategies and tips as you tackle that first assignment. Join us on Wednesday, September 14 from 1-1:45 p.m. as we discuss Reading and Understanding Assignment Instructions, Writing a Thesis, Using Evidence to Support Your Argument, and Organizing Your Paper. The Workshop will be held in person in DM 370 and on Zoom
