FIU Fall 2023 Business Career Fair

Register today for the Fall 2023 Business Career Fair!  This is an opportunity to explore current job and internship opportunities with leading companies, organizations, and government agencies in an intimate setting.

Date:  October 10 & 11, 2023
   October 10: Accounting/Finance/Business Analytics/Information Systems Majors
   October 11: All Business Majors


Time: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm


Registration: Handshake


Location: Graham Center Ballrooms in Modesto Maidique Campus (11200 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33199)


Attire: Smart Business Casual (no shorts, tee shirts, crop tops, sweat pants, ripped clothing, hats)
 

Career fairs are a great way to get a leg up with companies that interest you. Over the coming weeks, we’ll follow up with more information on registration and on how to prep for the Business Career Fair:

  • Create a resume highlighting your academic, professional, and leadership experience.
  • Upload your resume to Handshake to have it critiqued by the Office of Business Career Management.
  • Print multiple copies for the day of the fair.


On the Day of the Business Fair:

  • Dress Professionally-Smart Business Casual (no shorts, tee shirts, crop tops, sweat pants, ripped clothing, hats)
  • Bring copies of your resume
  • Be confident and deliver your elevator pitch
