Looking for ways to help our FIU retirees and seniors learn how to stay connected while social distancing? Have them join our virtual learning opportunity designed just for them with our FIU Retiree Association Tech Days.

Have your beloved seniors join us every Friday at 2pm as we share tips and live tutorials on how to use and take advantage of the latest technologies, such as video chat, social media platforms and more. Additionally, our team will offer assistance with other tech questions.

This virtual event is open to our community seniors. Advance RSVP is required.

Statement of Free Expression

FIU endorses the Florida Board of Governors' Statement of Free Expression to support and encourage full and open discourse and the robust exchange of ideas and perspectives on our campuses. In addition to supporting this legal right, we view this as an integral part of our ability to deliver a high-quality academic experience for our students, engage in meaningful and productive research, and provide valuable public service. This includes fostering civil and open dialogue in support of critical thinking in and out of the classroom, including events hosted by the university.
