The Florida International University Wind Ensemble (FIUWE) is the university’s premier ensemble for wind and percussion students. Drawing from the rich repertoire of music from early Baroque to the music of today’s most innovative composers, the FIUWE performs the works with the composer’s specifications without the doubling of individual parts. Many of its members have gone on to careers with the world’s finest orchestras, service bands, and contemporary ensembles.
