The FIU Wind Ensemble is the university's premiere ensemble for wind and percussion students led by conductor Dr. Brenton F. Alston. The ensemble strives to take its audience on a thrilling musical expedition into the future, embracing new commissioning projects, multimedia events, and side-by-side concerts. Their commitment to pushing artistic boundaries often sets them apart as a trailblazing force in the world of wind ensembles.

Statement of Free Expression

FIU endorses the Florida Board of Governors' Statement of Free Expression to support and encourage full and open discourse and the robust exchange of ideas and perspectives on our campuses.
