Family Survival Guide for the Holidays: How to Manage Holiday Gatherings with as Little Stress as Possible

Many parents and caregivers find the holidays to be an overwhelming time of the year, especially when it comes to maintaining their children's routines. In this workshop, parents will learn tips on managing routine disruption and the effects festive activities such as flashing lights, crowds and social events might have on the child. Time will be provided for questions and role plays.

Can't make it to the workshop? Catch it on Facebook @FIUCCF

In addition to supporting this legal right, we view this as an integral part of our ability to deliver a high-quality academic experience for our students, engage in meaningful and productive research, and provide valuable public service. This includes fostering civil and open dialogue in support of critical thinking in and out of the classroom, including events hosted by the university.
