Award-winning Chef Vicky Colas hosts an interactive/hands-on cooking class. This event features not just a taste of Haitian food but a lesson in the country's Creole cuisine. Throughout the class, Chef Vicky references history, politics, culture, and ritual surrounding featured Haitian dishes.
