COVID-19 restrictions are being lifted, uncertainty is causing many children and families to feel nervous or worried about resuming summer activities as usual. This webinar will begin by defining what anxiety and re-entry anxiety are and will present evidence-based tips for identifying and managing re-entry anxiety, and for setting personalized family expectations and goals for summer activities.
