Our School’s name change is just one of the important changes that we would address in our upcoming Virtual Town Hall Meeting on March 30, from 12:00pm (Noon) until 1:30pm.

The KFSCIS Student Town Hall meeting will feature Dean John Volakis, College of Engineering and Computing, to discuss some interesting happenings within the College. We will also have both our Associate Director and Assistant Director providing information on our curriculum, schedules and scholarship opportunities, our Undergraduate Program advisor discussing the new Cybersecurity BS and MS programs, our Graduate Program Advising Team addressing your questions concerning the graduate program, and our undergraduate advising team providing you with news on the Summer and Fall semesters.

Statement of Free Expression

FIU endorses the Florida Board of Governors' Statement of Free Expression to support and encourage full and open discourse and the robust exchange of ideas and perspectives on our campuses. In addition to supporting this legal right, we view this as an integral part of our ability to deliver a high-quality academic experience for our students, engage in meaningful and productive research, and provide valuable public service. This includes fostering civil and open dialogue in support of critical thinking in and out of the classroom, including events hosted by the university.
