With the guidance of FIU CASE, learn how to create the best gingerbread structure using kitchen chemistry, the engineering design process, and holiday cheer! A list of required and suggested ingredients will be provided to participants who wish to create their own project to take home. Social distancing is recommended. Space is limited.
