  Doctoral Dissertation Proposal and required paperwork can be found at \n\
 nOnline Dissertation Milestones - University Graduate School\n\nRequired p
 aperwork includes:\n\nComplete original research proposal (5-page UGS form
 atted proposal).\nComplete required Responsible Conduct of Research Certif
 ication (RCR).\nIf proposal project involves human or animal research\, ap
 proval memos such as IRB/IACUC/IBC\, respectively\, are required. Please h
 ave your PI select that protocol will be used for a student dissertation. 
 You must include the original IRB approval memo (and if necessary\, amendm
 ent showing protocol will be used for student dissertation). If you are us
 ing secondary data\, please provide an email from Chris Grayson (IRB) stat
 ing you do not require IRB approval to carry out the project. \nFor all in
