The Health Law Society is hosting a Lunch and Learn with Matthew Espino, Esq. 2018 FIU Law Alumni and Director of Litigation Affairs at Jones Heath Law, P.A. will highlight his practice in healthcare legal and regulatory compliance. He has experience representing providers in provider-payor reimbursement disputes during litigation and negotiations.
He provides legal and regulatory compliance advice on reimbursement, billing, and patient communications. Matthew is an expert in optimizing healthcare operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards but has a wide range of experience representing hospitals in managed care, ERISA, antitrust, and FCA litigation.
