Meditation & Visualization
Thursday, August 6 at 4:00pm to 5:30pm
Thursday, August 13 at 4:00pm to 5:30pm
Thursday, August 20 at 4:00pm to 5:30pm
Some classes will be focused on meditation while others will focus more on visualization. You will be given tips to help you find success in your journey of meditation/visualization and learn both active and passive meditation techniques. Once a particular technique is introduced it will be repeated for a total of 3 classes before moving to a different technique.
