In compact, lunchtime sessions, Mindful Mondays offer a space for cultivating presence, awareness, and resilience in the face of life's challenges. The program includes guided meditation and Q&A. We hope you'll join us for a mindfulness break, with takeaways from your teaching and life. Experienced and first-time meditators are welcomed.
