The 2022 In-Depth Web Training features the latest work related to Non-Proprietary Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC). This training is four hours in length and consists of six modules, each a 30-minute presentation followed by a 10-minute Q&A session, with a 15-minute break between Module 3 and Module 4.

The objective of this year’s In-Depth Web Training is to familiarize the attendees with essential information needed to utilize non-proprietary UHPC as a construction material. The training provides information on mix design and mechanical and durability aspects of UHPC. It includes design provisions for shear and flexure that are based on recent research results. One of the main applications of UHPC is in the area of retrofit and connections. The training provides an overview of UHPC as a material for retrofit and upgrade of deficient bridge elements. Finally, the training provides the latest attempts, activities, and developments to codify the design and construction procedures using UHPC.
