Promoting Healthy Sleep in Adolescence

Adolescent sleep health is a significant concern given high incidences of insufficient sleep in youth. It influences the development and maintenance of anxiety, mood and other psychological disorders. This workshop will discuss strategies to promote healthy sleep in adolescence. Tips will be provided on how to help adolescents establish healthy sleep habits in order to improve their overall sleep quality and daily functioning.
