Welcome to the Mindfulness & Meditation Program!  This three (3) week program is designed to help you learn as well as incorporate more mindful and meditative practices into your daily routine.  Presented by Isabel Alfonsin-Vittoria, come sit, listen, and learn as she takes you from science to practice in the art of mindfulness and meditation.
