Isabal Alfonsin leads this three week series.  The program was designed from the ground up to take you from the science to the practice of Mindfulness & Meditation.  Come listen, learn, and practice as she helps guide you and give you the tools to help you reduce stress and anxiety and increase a sense of positivity.  *Session is from 12:00 - 1:00PM
