The Professional Master of Science in Engineering Management (PMSEM) program is designed to bridge the gap between the field of engineering/technology and the field of business management. For those interested in career advancement in their industry and acquiring advanced managerial skills, the Professional MSEM is an ideal program where students benefit from a convenient, one-year program designed for working professionals

The cohort-based curriculum prepares students to lead today's diverse and constantly changing marketplace with the knowledge and skills that span both operations and technology. Career opportunities include employment in the areas of production, operations, quality assurance, testing, or maintenance at manufacturing sites. The average U.S. salary of an Engineering Manager is 149K*.
