MONDAY 4/13

  • 11AM: Write it out! - Take some time to clear your mind and journal before starting your day.

  • 1PM: Mindful Breathing - Learn and practice a new breathing technique to help reduce stress

TUESDAY 4/14

  • 10AM: Morning Meditation- Let your mind and body be still while you practice mindfulness to start your day.

  • 1PM: Study Break Stretching - Join one of our massage therapists, Shari, to learn some beneficial stretches to prevent shoulder and back pain.

  • 3PM: Healthy Study Break Snacking- Learn a new healthy study break snack that is nourishing and yummy!

WEDNESDAY 4/15

  • 11AM: Gratitude Session - No better way to start the day! We'll guide you through some gratitude prompts. Get ready to feel #blessed.

  • 1PM: Self-Massage- Join one of our massage therapists, Shari, to learn how to give yourself a massage! Yup, you heard that right.

  • 3PM: Color & Chat- Download and print our coloring sheet of the day, or find your own! Coloring is a fun stress reliever you can do with friends, even virtually!

THURSDAY 4/16

  • 10AM: Morning Meditation- Let your mind and body be still while you practice mindfulness to start your day.

  • 1PM: Origami- Disconnect from your studies in a mindful way by creating a simple origami craft! We'll show how to do it.

  • 3PM: Study Break Yoga- A quick flow to increase circulation and loosen muscle tension. Beginner friendly!

FRIDAY 4/17

  • 11AM: Write it out!- Take some time to clear your mind and journal before starting your day.

  • 1PM: Study Break Workout- Build some heat, get your heart pumping, and release endorphins! Perfect to get back to being productive.

  • 3PM: Happy Hour  Color & Chat- Download and print our coloring sheet of the day, or find your own! Coloring is a fun stress reliever you can do with friends, even virtually!
