Please join FIU Libraries and the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management as we recognize the Donation of Anthony P. Maingot's Historic Rum collection to the Special Collections and University Archives at the Green Library at FIU.

 

The collection includes publications, casks and an array of rum that tell the story of rum in the Caribbean. The talk will explore rum in the Caribbean from a social and cultural lens, as well as highlight the collections value as teaching tool.
