DESCRIPTION:Ecstatic dance is the art of free movement—an invitation to s
urrender to rhythm and let music guide you inward. Much like meditation\,
it can open the door to altered states of awareness. Across cultures and t
raditions\, dance has long been celebrated as a path to serenity\, insight
and connection with the divine. Many describe a profound sense of unity
—with others\, with the Earth and with their own inner being.\n\nOur jou
rney begins by awakening life force through guided breathwork and visualiz
ation\, gently preparing body and mind. From there\, we flow into a spirit
ed dance session led by a live DJ\, allowing movement to carry us into exp
ansion and joy. We then settle into stillness\, immersed in the resonance
of gong\, quartz crystal bowls and ancient sound-healing instruments. This
soundscape creates space for deep restoration\, drawing on the timeless a
rt of sound healing—where vibration itself becomes medicine\, restoring
balance throughout the body.\n\nJoin us for this interactive experience ex
ploring the transformative power of sacred sound and movement. As a specia
l gift\, each participant will receive a crystal gemstone to take home—a
lasting reminder of the journey.\n\nPlease bring a yoga mat and water bot
 tle.
