What potential healing can be experienced through rhythm and sound? How can we hear the music of our own life more clearly? Join us for a dynamic, interactive, and experiential event exploring the healing and spiritual qualities of sacred sound and embodied movement.

Our journey will begin by feeling our own life force through guided breathwork and visualization courtesy of master of ceremonies Jaret Brooks. This will help engage our body and minds for the journey into our body awareness and movement warm-up led by professional dance artist Nia Lange prior to our ecstatic dance session crafted by DJ and master practitioner Erik Lieux. Ecstatic dance is a form of body movement in which practitioners surrender to the rhythm, moving freely as the music takes them on an inner journey, leading to an altered state of consciousness reminiscent of meditation. From this refreshed space of body and mind, we move into alert stillness with master sound healing practitioner Rich Gausman. Rich will elevate the collective vibration through the use of a 40-inch gong and quartz crystal bowls, creating a healing immersive experience. This will further be aided by Jordon DeMercado and friends via use of Australian origin didgeridoo and ancient sound healing tools to bring deeper stillness and peace. World musician Doug Tessler will play live flutes and saxophone, along with Willanny Darias on keyboard and John Snow on upright bass.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and water bottle. Space is very limited, so please register early.
