Dr. Shafaat Yar Khan is an economist working in international trade and international macroeconomics. His empirical and quantitative research emphasizes the role of trade dynamics in shaping the effects of policy changes and aggregate shocks. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Rochester in 2020 and previously served as an economist at the World Bank during 2020-2023. Visit his personal website for more information.
