The College of Engineering and Computing welcomes industry partners, alumni, friends, family, and the FIU community to experience the senior capstone project showcase, where nearly 400+ engineering and computing students will present their team-based projects across eight industry-centric pavilions.

The projects highlight students’ expertise in various disciplines, including

• Mechanical, Computer, and Electrical Engineering,
• Biomedical, Civil and Environmental Engineering,
• Interdisciplinary Engineering, as well as
• Internet of Things (IoT), Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and
• Construction Management.

Throughout their final year, undergraduate students cultivate original ideas, advanced designs, and innovative solutions to address real-world industry challenges through the “Senior Design Capstone” course. This capstone represents the culmination of their academic journey, integrating knowledge gained across all courses. The showcase offers a platform for students to present their capstone projects to the public.
