Join Community Herbalist, Chelsea Taxman, for a supportive discussion about Herbs for Anxiety including recipes and other remedies to support your body and nervous system. Bring your questions for a Q&A portion!

*Optional - Try to have at least 1oz of one of the following herbs - stinging nettle, oatstraw, oat tops, lemon balm, red clover, mullein, alfalfa, chamomile, holy basil, skullcap, passionflower, rose petals, mint.
