Sukhé [soo - KAY] is a community that co-creates safe, loving, and inclusive spaces for empowering women with the intention to transform, heal, and feel purpose through gratitude, connection, and spiritual growth. The foundation of Sukhe is heart-centered acceptance, self-expression, and deep awareness as an art form and healing modality for the mind, body, and spirit.

Our circles consist of connection, intention, releasing, and renewal including guided exercises and meditation. All of our circles are held virtually via Zoom, and donations are deeply appreciated but not required to attend. Please RSVP using the link.
