DESCRIPTION:The Arctic has emerged as one of the most strategically contest
ed regions of the 21st century\, as climate change\, resource competition a
nd shifting geopolitical dynamics accelerate global interest in the region.
While Greenland remains a key focal point\, it is part of a broader Arctic
landscape where sovereignty\, security and governance are increasingly und
er strain. As the United States\, Russia and other stakeholders recalibrate
their Arctic strategies\, critical questions arise about regional stabilit
y\, international law\, alliance commitments and the evolving security arch
itecture of the region. This panel brings together leading experts to exami
ne Arctic geopolitics\, with particular attention to emerging security chal
lenges and their implications for NATO members\, Arctic states and Indigeno
 us communities.
